Marion and some of the other ladies organized a mentoring class this past Wednesday evening. From previous discussions, I suspect that there are more of us (in YFM) who would be interested in some form of mentoring relationship than were actually present in class. She has asked me to find out who else might be interested. Please know that this is not a weekly commitment... it could be more like a monthly phone call. Forming Families in Faith
Who We Are:
The Young Families Ministry functions as a Christ centered family, complete with worship, family gatherings, celebrations, crises and fun. We share our lives through picnics, football, Bible studies, LIFE Groups, pregnancies, moving parties, prayers, baptisms, illnesses, promotions, lost jobs, pools parties and first words. Through it all, we strive to serve one another, meeting needs as they arise. We provide meals, offer childcare, move furniture, share words of encouragement, swap tools, call one another to lives of holiness, chat on the phone, and faithfully hold one another up in prayer.
